Jocelyn Flowers, LPC, holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from
Roosevelt University in Chicago IL. She also holds a Bachelors Degree
in Psychology and Art Therapy from Millikin University in Decatur, IL.
Jocelyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri and
Illinois with over twelve years of counseling experience working with
children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked extensively with
behavior disorders, psychological disorders, learning disorders, and
gifted individuals. She also has extensive experience in group and
family therapy.Jocelyn can administer ability testing as well as
clinical assessments and testing.Jocelyn has counseled at an abuse
shelter for women and a homeless shelter for women. She was a counselor
at a group home for abused girls and has counseled at a behavioral
disordered high school. She most recently worked at Epworth Residential
Facility as a therapist. In all environments she has performed
individual, group, family, and art therapy.Jocelyn has also presented at
the Illinois Association for Gifted Children (IAGC) and the National
Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) on Art Therapy and Dual Diagnosis
with the gifted.
